The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. However an additional service fee of £5 will incure if cleaning products/materials or equipment need to be provided. *Excluding carpet cleaning services where no extra cost will incure.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled date and time.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, you will lose your deposit if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Am I required to pay a deposit?
    For our longer services we do require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. An invoice will be emailed to you with a link to pay via card.
  • Can I use a promotional discount more than once?
    You can not use the same promotional discount more than once. Each promotional discount can only be used once per household.
  • Do your wash windows?
    I can clean internal windows, but I do not wash external windows.
  • Do you work on public holidays?
    I work all public holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Payments Accepted

Once your service has been completed you will be emailed an invoice which has a link to pay via card. 

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your service. If you are not happy we will work with you to rectify any issues you may have.
